Working day of the Occitanie Experimental Evolution group

10 December 2018

CEFE lab (Montpellier)

The experimental working group that was formed last year by researchers from Montpellier, Toulouse and Moulis will meet on December 10 in the CEFE main room for a day on the theme "Experimental evolution and molecular evolution; obtaining and interpreting the genomes of advanced populations ". This group fits totally in TULIP themes and several researchers from the LabEx are involved. You will find the program below.

Program

Patterns of repeated evolution in experiments and nature: What can they tell us about the drivers of evolution?

10h30 Sylvain Gandon (CEFE, Montpellier)

Pathogens drive the evolution of host resistance diversity

10h50 Coffee break

11h10 Philippe Remigi et Delphine Capela (LIPM, Toulouse)
