Three supported projects for the TULIP - FR AIB call for proposals

The FR AIB and TULIP LabEx launched together an inter-units call for proposals, which follows upon the FR AIB call for projects of the previous years, with revisions in its format, its priorities and its evaluation.

The thematic targeting gives a good place to the interface sciences of the environment and molecular biology, as well as to projects involving the TPMP platform. The following three projects were selected :

  • Does genome reshuffling of the sunflower downy mildew (Plasmopara halstedii) drive its recent virulence diversification? L. Godiard (LIPM) et G. Besnard (EDB)
  • TABASco “Tomato wAter loss under Biotic and Abiotic Stress” Nemo Peeters (LIPM) & Mohammed Zouine (GBF)
  • Global warming effect on growth/response tradeoff to bioagressors in Arabidopsis thaliana Roux Fabrice (LIPM) & Didier Aldon (LRSV)
